I am a Miami-born Cuban-American who learned to love good food from watching my grandmothers in their kitchens. I've always enjoyed creating culinary masterpieces.

I've worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels in Miami and have been a personal chef for a couple of very high profile celebrities. I've had the luxury of being able to do what I love everyday and it's evident in my cooking. I take the time to make sure that every dish is mind-blowing.  I want you to leave remembering the flavors and how good it made you feel.
